If you made your purchase on the Atlancube official website:
  • If there is a "product defect," please contact us proactively within 7 days after receiving the item to apply for a return or exchange.
  • If you encounter any dissatisfaction with the use of the product, you can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the item.

If you made your purchase on a platform other than the official website:
  • You should contact the seller for returns or exchanges.

Please follow the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:
  1. If there is any problem with the product, please inform us within 7 days after receiving the item; If it is a product defect, we can assist with the return or exchange, and related costs will be borne by us. If you are unsatisfied with the product after 7 days of use, you need to inform us within 30 days and bear the relevant shipping and restocking fees.
    * For return or exchange requests made more than 7 days after receiving the item, we reserve the right to make the final decision and approval. 
  2. Non-defective returned products must be in their original packaging and in a perfect resalable condition, including all contents. Damaged products may be rejected for a refund or may incur a restocking fee depending on the extent of damage.

  3. For non-defective returns, the related costs will be borne by the consumer.
    * If the returned product received by us is used or the packaging has been opened, a restocking fee of at least $5 USD will be charged. *
  4. If you decide to return the product to us, you must contact us and provide your order number, as well as a list of the exact products you want to return from the order.

We strongly recommend choosing a postal service with a tracking option for return shipments. If the package fails to reach us safely, we will be unable to process the refund. Once we receive your package, we will need 2-10 business days to verify that the contents meet the above conditions. Afterward, we will contact you via email to confirm the refund process.
