Currently, Atlancube's official website only offers shipping services to the United States, and shipping to other countries is not available yet. The team is working to expand shipping services to other countries in the near future!

Order Processing Time:

• United States: Shipped using Amazon MCF Logistics

- Standard shipping (3-5 business days)

- Expedited shipping (2 business days)

- Priority shipping (1 business day)

• Pre-Order and Delayed Delivery Products:
  If your order includes at least one product that is currently out of stock (due to inventory issues or pre-order status), we will wait to ship your order until all products are available. Orders will be shipped based on the latest pre-order date, and the estimated date at the time of purchase is not guaranteed.

• Estimated Transit Time Not Guaranteed:
  The "Estimated Delivery Time" provided above does not account for any delays that may be caused by customs or any issues that may arise with the courier company. If you believe there is an issue with your tracking, please contact us anytime.

• Arrival of Damaged Goods:
  Please inspect the product quality upon receipt and contact us. For any products damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 7 days after arrival, otherwise, the product will not be considered as damaged.
