We strongly recommend owning more than one ATLKey security key and registering two or more security keys with your website accounts.

You can use one as your primary security key and another as a backup. A backup security key ensures you can still sign in and verify your accounts if your primary key is lost. To set up your backup ATLKey, simply follow the same steps as before.

We recommend setting up both your primary and backup keys at the same time.
